Seeing his passion for protecting families and supporting his community inspired Sara to follow in his footsteps. Todd has been a passionate advocate for hockey in our community for over 20 years, dedicating his time to coaching, mentoring, and supporting young athletes as they develop both on and off the ice. His love for the sport runs deep, and he has cherished every moment spent at the rink watching his boys—Noah, Caleb, Trey, and Isaac—grow as players and as individuals. Beyond hockey, Todd and Sara started a local insurance company in Windsor and Fort Collins and have also been deeply involved with Realities for Children, an organization committed to supporting at-risk and abused children in Northern Colorado. Giving back to the community has always been a fundamental part of their journey. They always felt that Fort Collins and Windsor needed trusted insurance agents just like her Dad in their community.
Their own story is one of adventure and fate. Nearly three decades ago, Sara picked up Todd hitchhiking on the side of Interstate 80, unknowingly beginning a lifetime of love and adventure. From that serendipitous moment, they have explored the world together, traveling through Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, as well as across the United States, making unforgettable memories in national parks like Arches, Yellowstone, Rocky Mountain, Canyonlands, and Yosemite. Through all of life’s twists and turns, their love and passion for each other have been the cornerstone of their relationship, forming the strong foundation upon which they have raised their four boys.
